Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Refunds (Limited):

Refunds are only given for wrong or defective products.
You must provide these proofs within 24 hours of receiving the parcel via Whatsapp (+91 9789056621):
Unboxing video.
Images of the received product.
Image of the parcel after shipping.
Image of the shipping label.
Exchanges & Store Credit (Main Options):

We primarily offer exchanges or store credit (coupon code).
Store Credit: You will receive a coupon code for the value of the product, with no expiration date.
Exchanges: You can exchange for a product of the same or different value (you pay or we credit the difference).
We do not offer reverse pickup. You must ship the item to our warehouse.
Conditions:

Items must have original packaging and tags.
Sarees with fall/edging cannot be returned/exchanged.
Customized products are not returnable/exchangeable.
Sale items are non-refundable.
One time replacement/return is allowed.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations:

Cancellations are only possible before dispatch.
Cancellation fees apply to prepaid orders.
Replacement Policy:

One time replacement is allowed. After that, the order is closed.
Quality Check:

Returned items are checked for quality before processing.
